A 54 span sports model for R/C
The Tyro Major with its design and its simplicity of construction and flying makes it an ideal beginners model.
In designing the Tyro Major the aim has been to produce a model with good stable flight characteristics suitable for a novice to have a reasonable chance of success.
The full plan pack contains the plan along with all additional components listed below

Full Plan Pack Included Components:

  • 1 Sheet plan
  • Rib set
  • Dural Undercarriage; (This undercarriage is not the standard design, the U/C on the plan is wire) This Dural undercarriage is the one used on the Barnstormer 63.
  • Paxolin engine plate
  • 2 x plywood formers + dihedral braces
