These are glass Headed which can be a touch fragile. I use these mostly for planking or for applications which involve stabbing through the Balsa. This is mainly due to the narrow gauge making the wood damage minimal and they're also very easy to see.
It is important to twist the pins prior to removal to break any glue holding it in place. This will reduce the possibility of crushing the pin head.
