1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Exclusion of liability
1.14 We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.
1.15 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.
Law and jurisdiction
2.1 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
3.1 It is the customers responsibility to check that all merchandise received is undamaged and in good working condition. If your items appear to be damaged, please do not build or use until you have discussed with us. By building or using your damaged item, you are accepting the item as it is.
3.2 It is the customers responsibility to ensure goods are returned to us in the condition in which they were received and please do not return any items until you have contacted us.
3.3 If you receive an item with shipping damage then please note it with the courier, if it appears very badly damaged then you can refuse delivery. Photographic evidence is highly recommended.
4.1 You may exercise your right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your order. If you do decide to cancel, you should put this in writing - either by e-mail or letter. Goods are to be returned to our contact address at your own cost and risk and must be received by us in new, unused condition.
After this period we may still accept returns but there will be a restocking fee of 20%. You must contact us first prior to returning any goods.
5.1 If items are lost or damaged on their way to you, we must await confirmation from the courier or postal service used that the parcel was lost or damaged before we can resend items.
6.1 Please bear in mind that we are both a manufacturer and retailer. We will always endeavour to ship items as fast as possible but we don’t guarantee delivery times. Due to postal cost fluctuations we will often choose couriers per order, other factors also influence our decisions. If you require something quick then please call or email to determine availability.
6.2 Delivery estimates are from time of dispatch. If required, manufacturing will be carried out as soon as we can.
Availability / Price
7.1 Many of the items available for purchase are made/printed to order, this will obviously need to be scheduled in and will cause shipping delays. We do endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible. This especially applies to spares and extras. Kit stock is tracked and if shown as out of stock, please let us know your interest and we’ll try and move it up the manufacturing priority list.
7.2 The online currency display is for indicative purposes only, conversions are at the current rates which may differ when it comes to the bank conversion process (payment method dependent).
7.3 We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time for any reason.
7.4 Quotes/Invoice payment request are only valid for seven days. If you have not paid within that time then you will either need a new quote or to check that invoice prices are still valid.
