SPITFIRE Mk. 1 a

The Photo's of the Spitfire below are by the kind permission of Paul Monk who in 3 Months has built and flown the aircraft from our laser cut kit.

Our SPITFIRE is 81" span for up to 40cc engines, however, don't let the wingspan put you off if you only have a small car (it splits in two). The building is made easier by the prescision laser-cut parts throughout the airframe which is then fully sheeted, resulting in an extremely strong & lightweight construction. It is a very absorbing build that uses many new building methods and ideas.

For the model building experience of a lifetime, nothing compares with building and flying a scale Spitfire, especially this one which builds and flies beautifully. We have completely re-engineered the components to enable the builder to create a very accurate model from this 3D jigsaw puzzle. The construction uses some methods that are unusual but fully rewarding at the end of the build. The aircraft is all wood construction (no foam), it incorporates all inboard aileron and flap linkages as does the full size. All parts are pre-cut with the exception of the sheeting.
