This is our new quick rigging anchor system, designed specifically to speed up the rigging of bi-planes with fully working rigging at the field.
It can be retro-fitted to existing aircraft, but some of the covering will need removing, and replacing afterwards to do this.

IMAGINE, Turning up at the flying site with either of the above aircraft, and having its engine running, ready for take off in only 10 minutes from parking your small car. And having fitted 4 separate wing panels to the fuselage that you have just rigged with fully working rigging!!! <=<< Click on this writing for details.>>==> Rigging accessories,

Well IMAGINE no more, we have finally arrived at a solution to the bane of all working rigging biplane fliers. We have come up with our QUICK RIG system that can be rigged and tensioned in seconds per wire. No more need for turnbuckles (except for show only) just push on the wing panels, plug in the servo wires, click the interplane struts in position, hook up & tension the flying wires, fuel up, start up, pre-flight check & away.

New Cad-Cam Technology Laser cutters.

In 2006 we invested in our first one of these really high quality Laser cutters from GSuk Ltd in Nottingham. Prior to that we were cutting everything on bandsaws and circular saws, but we were also looking at the way other manufacturers were going in other fields of manufacturing precision wooden parts. We did some research and eventually arranged a visit to Nottingham in January 2006 to see these machines in action, we decided then and there that this was definately the way to go.

These are by no means the least expensive machines on the market, however, from our experience, we believe them to be among the highest quality available to suit such needs as ours. Judy & I recently took the decision to purchase a second one in an effort to keep pace with our orders, despite the fact that they are the highest tooling investment we have made in the business.
