As we are a manufacturer and online retailer, there are no set hours but we are rarely completely unavailable. Please do take into account that we are often manufacturing the many kit parts. We will reply but it may not be immediate.
In general our best phone hours would be between 10.00 and 16.00, Mon to Fri but
please do leave us a message as we will respond to all messages and emails. Should you not
hear back then please let us know as sometimes email addresses can have a typing mistake or technology can
result in us not receiving your request.
Please also note we are not setup for personal callers, it maybe possible to collect from us but you must call us
beforehand to save you from having a wasted journey.
If the kit you want is not showing in stock then please do let us know!
We may have some in reserve to avoid multi channel stock discrepencies and if we don't, we will endeavour to move it up the manufacturing list asap and add you to a waiting list.
Made to Order
Many items are "Made to Order" and will be subject to a short delay (typically a couple of days) before dispatch. This is due to the large and unusual range of items that we continue to offer, we will endeavour to make this clear in the product descriptions.
International Orders are very welcome
Single kit orders will often have your delivery rates pre programmed although combination orders will require a shipping quote which you can select at checkout. You will not need to pay before you receive the quote.
Please also be aware that you may be liable for further import/tax by your local customs. We do not currently charge tax so are unable to make deductions for international orders.
